Ingredients

  • 2 large poblano peppers

  • 2 eggs

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Slice of Ham

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Water

Directions

  • Get your ingredients together. Cut open the poblano peppers lengthwise to create a receptacle. Remove the seeds.
  • Take a non-stick pan, pour half a cup of water, and put on heat.Ā 
    Put the poblano peppers in the pan, add some salt, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes
  • After 5 minutes remove the pan from heat. Open the pan and pour out any remaining water in the pan leaving the peppers in the pan.
  • Slice some ham and shred some cheese and add to the inside of the peppers in the pan.
  • Break an egg into each poblano pepper receptacle and top with more ham and cheese.
