Miri Piri Roasted Potato Wedges (Video)

This recipe made roasted potato wedges very popular in my house! It is time for you to also try it.

Join me as I make this absolutely scrumptious potato wedges recipe. It is super simple to make but the results are simply outrageously tasty.

All you need to do is get your potatoes ready by peeling them, cut them up into wedges, season them the right way, spread them evenly on a tray, shove them into the oven.

Whereas people usually put potatoes under water after peeling to avoid discoloration, we are not to put them in water in this recipe. Keep them dry so that the oil and seasoning can stick to the potatoes easily.

If you should at all put them in water, pat-dry the potatoes with a clean dish cloth before seasoning.

When they come out of the oven after some 45 minutes you will have yourself a dish to savor.
